Came in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Joey got me right in, did a great job, was very friendly and I was out in about an hour. Enjoyed the coffee and popcorn while waiting. Thanks Joey, you did a great job.

Went in for a side mirror warranty issue. Skylar was great in resolving the mirror issue! Some parts had to be ordered and once the parts came in (w/in a few days), Skylar contacted me immediately. We purchased a truck from Allen Honda three years ago. Through several rounds of necessary service, we learned what outstanding, committed employees Allen Honda has. When we needed to replace the truck recently, we came back to Allen. It was our pleasure to have Logan McLaren as our sales person. Such a lovely experience at Allen Honda with Thorne and Kassie!! Thorne was very understanding of my vehicle/payment wants and needs and made it happen for me! Service was incredible they really made sure it was tip top shape before I got to take it home!!
