All Season RV Dave Roach sold me a 2017 Sabre 30RLT the fifth wheel arrived with damage I made them aware of it at time of delivery. Then after a more extensive inspection I found water damage to 2 slide out walls and loose or not properly installed trim on outside of Fifth wheel.Which I also made them aware of at that time Ed the General Manger assured me that they would get a Forest River rep to contact me and all issues would be addressed and resolved !!! so we are now 1 month past our last contact with Dave and Ed at All... read more
I should feel excited, about getting my trailer in! But I feel like I putting the warranty department out! Sad isn't it when a customer feel that way!
I bought a brand-new 2016 Stryker toy hauler. When I picked it up they told me that the slide out didn't work properly so they changed the motor. 14 months later had to spend almost 300.00 to change the same motor. Called them and they said they would turn it in to Cruisers even though warranty is 2 months out. No word on repair costs. Will not recommend this dealer to anyone. They are terrible.
I purchased a new 2015 Mobile Suites 5th Wheel from All Seasons RV. The new $100,000 RV was delivered with extensive chassis, brake lines, hydraulic components corrosion and rust damage which is estimated at $17,000 to repair. The damage was caused by the dealership improper handling and storage of 5th wheel. Manufacture has specific instructions on washing after exposure to winter road salt and chemical treatments. We purchased a used trailer from them that they told us was just like new yea right it has a bad leaky slide out a broken hot water heater and when we got it home found out it had a mouse in it this trailer was less than 2 years old and they don't want to take care of any thing would not recommend these this dealership to any way. Stay away
Their warranty service is terrible. Our fifth wheel has been there for almost two months. The service department does not return our calls. When we finally are able to talk with someone they give us a different excuse as to why the work is not done. They want to sell RV's and extended warranties but they don't want to service them. I would not buy from them again.
As far sales, we were satisfied. However, their warranty repair is terrible at best. We would definitely not do business with this company again due to the extreme dissatisfaction we've experienced with the service/repair department.
