I was definitely miss guided after I made it very clear I knew nothing about the RV World but I knew for certain I do not want anything with water damage. In March of 2022 purchased a toy hauler, sales process was good, Andrew was great to work with. Problems started when things were different after the papers were signed than during our final walk through. Fast forward to end of June, prepping camper for first use. When I purchased my new trailer I made it clear to the salesman that I had no means of moving it after positioning on my permanent site. This being the case any issues would have to be dealt with there. I was assured that would not be a problem!! WRONG!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Do not spend your time or money here. They’re arrogant and rude. We bought a brand new fifth wheel valued over $55,000 from them and had problems from the very start. The night we got it home the entire rear window leaked when it rained. The slide out was missing lag bolts and tore up the floor inside. The seal around the outdoor kitchen was broken. We purchased our TT in 2020. We had issue with our kitchen sink after a few camping trips. Called to let All Seasons know and instead of asking us to bring the trailer in, they would tell us things to try and fix it. We called several times and the sink would not drain. In early Spring of 2021, we drove to All Seasons and said that we needed to bring the trailer in and have them look at it. Brought it in mid April and it sat in their parking lot until June. We called and they said that we were on their list to call us.... read more
No warranty service . Called three years straight . Nothing repaired yet. I paid money for extended warranty and agreed to pay a travel fee but still nothing.
The sales team was great! The person that helped us with the camper, Dave Roach, was absolutely great to work with on our first camper. However, the service and support is very lacking. My wife and I have been trying to resolve some issues we have with the camper we purchased from them. The additional services we purchased from them, such as ceramic coating and interrior protection applications, were not performed upon delivery.
