have new camper ready when promised and stop doing shoddy work to get unit out the door that has to be corrected by another dealer
don't back your stuff...great sales people...but the company does not back there stuff....2016 striker well taken care of...falling apart...delamination bad..
Received are fifth wheel without a working on demand hot water heater. No hot water! The unit was filthy and there was a rat nest in the couch, no antenna and a chipped tv. Have called dozens and dozens of times to get this remedied without a call back. Ed, the general manager had said the unit would be gone through with a fine-tooth comb before it was delivered to us. First of all when you click “doesn’t recommend” their site changes it to “recommends” on their bill board home page. Ethics 101 there is a problem.
Everything Took 2 1/2 mo to fix Spare tire missing, cable to tire had been cut Used house building lumber on underneath to repair/replace panel Propane tank had not been reconnected and secured with band clamp Hardware on opposite side of rv skirt had been removed and did not reattach When we called to work something out the service manager refused to help.
I will never purchase another brand new camper or use their service department EVER again! Purchased a brand new 2017 camper last year, used it less than five times to have the storage hatch leak every single time it rains and we have brought it back to them 4 times for them to say they fixed it and they never do! This time there is mold in it and it still leaking, brought it back and the sales manager promise he would have it taken care of within two weeks and we would have it for the 4th of July after all as he says "there... read more
At first working with all seasons was a great experience the salesmen was very nice, the issue came when we picked up the RV. We ended up purchasing a used Travel trailer and were told it would be thoroughly cleaned “it will be like a brand new trailer when you pick it up”. Were the exact words. The trailer was not cleaned at all inside or out and none of the hoses that were promised were included. Very disappointed, not what we were expecting at all.
DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL SEASONS RV IN MUSKEGON. I purchased a new RV from them, & then have had terrible customer service from them. I emailed, called & left 3 phone messages, & got no response back. Drove 1.5 hr each way to have someone look at it, & they had no solution. Called Dominique who was rude & kept trying to get me to call Jayco.
