I just want to say thank you to the team at Tri-Star. Ryan Tennant went far and beyond to get us a truck. Ryan drove over and hour and back to pick us up a truck and have it to us the same day. He is amazing and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Tom Smith was amazing in assisting him in our deal. Bought several vehicles over the last 9 years or so from Tri Star. John Croft and Tom Smith always go above and beyond to get me exactly what I want! Bought 2 brand new vehicles tonight and John sat in each to pair phones and go over every button/ feature. Paper work was fast and I couldn't be happier with my purchases! When my car wouldn’t pass inspection, I had no choice but to trade it in because it would have cost too much to fix. Travis was really nice and went out of his way to get me into the newest car possible. Even though there was a problem getting a security freeze removed from my credit report, he and the others there got it all done. They had the Carfax, made sure it was inspected and certified. Now I’m in a much more reliable car. Thanks Travis, Justin, and everyone.
