I brought my 2018 F150 Platinum to Tom and Dave at Tristar Ford. I had to another dealer in the Pittsburgh, which btw is where I live and purchased vehicle from. My parent dealer was unable to correct a variety of concerns I had. We were told on several occasions by dealer they couldn't find a fix.
