I brought my 2018 F150 Platinum to Tom and Dave at Tristar Ford. I had to another dealer in the Pittsburgh, which btw is where I live and purchased vehicle from. My parent dealer was unable to correct a variety of concerns I had. We were told on several occasions by dealer they couldn't find a fix. I can’t thank Aaron enough for all of his help. He was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to explain every feature. He was able to help me do most of the leg work before I even came down to pick out my vehicle. He helped me get out from under a car that Luther Ford really screwed me over on!
