Car was taken here to get sunroof drain hoses serviced and tire condition checked. Sunroof drain hoses leak every time it rains and I've had to refill my tires every three weeks which leads me to believe they are not in good condition.

First service here after purchasing the car. Very disappointed because they completely forgot to vacuum the inside of the car. I sent an email complaining and they apologized and offered to vacuum it if I drove all the way back there.

I am rating the service as 2 stars because the dealership did such a terrible job of cleaning the inside of the car. They vacuumed a little, but not well and not even under the floor mats. There is dust on the plastic parts of the dashboard that weren't even wiped off. Given this sloppy cleaning, I cannot say that I am confident on the other services performed. This 15,000 mi. service was also supposed to change the oil, but I am not really sure if they did or not since it doesn't show here.
