Timmons serived my Rialta quickly and professionally.
Terrible technicians un experienced and I dont mean just for Timmons, moss bros, pacific terrible I mean Volkswagen is over priced for the cheap performance NOT RELIABLE MANUFACTURER STAY AWAY FROM VOLKSWAGEN SPECIALLY THEIR ID. 4 terrible, worst experiences we have faced with Volkswagen we lost so much and gained very little with our purchase. Save your money and time taking it repetitively to service
One star is generous. We made an appointment to fix dents and scratches through a plan we bought for our leased car. I mentioned thats what I wanted, they scheduled an appointment and said it would be hour and a half. Lol. We got there and they were clueless and come to find they needed to get pictures and submit for approval. Its been 10 days and weve had to call every day for the status and come to find they need to submit more pictures. Forget about it.
I went to have a tire replaced via the tire warranty but saw on the paperwork that they found a small oil leak in the lower oil pan but they never told me about it when I picked up my car which is 7 months old. When I called to ask them about it they said they would call me back but 3 days later I havent heard anything..I called today and after 30 minutes on hold they hung up on me.
Even with an appointment, it took 4 hours to get an oil change and my tire pressure checked.
Service department manager is not very knowledgeable and unable to answer or explain technical issues. My car needed a new battery .
Worst service shop ever! The service reps are always in a rush and always want to up sell me on everything.
