Anybody needs to stay as far away as they can from this RV dealership. Our friends and neighbors across from us bought a destination trailer from them and it has been a nightmare. Terrible service, misrepresented every single thing. And then when they were to take delivery of their new unit, they said their trade was not what they said it was and basically extorted more money out of them so that they could get their new unit. Never ever buy!! Bought a brand new camper !! Screws missing everywhere. Cabinet door missing which they sent without hardware! Wheel wells not even lined up!!

After settling on a sales pice, TerryTown RV attempted to add 13.8% to the purchase price for non-state, non-title fees. The dealer fees were in excess of $3300. This is very deceptive and I don’t recommend this type of business practices. We Walked!

They will take your money no matter the situation. Never give them a down payment. I lost my job and tried to back out of deal, just trying to be financially responsible. They kept our $2000.00 down payment and there is nothing about it. That's a terrible way to do business. Crooks

Our dealership receives deposits from customers as their commitment to complete the purchase, not simply to lock in a price or to hold a vehicle for a period of time while the they decide whether to buy it. We do not attempt to collect a deposit without that commitment, nor with any exceptions or contingencies.
