We just picked up our 2017 Jayco North Point. First and foremost, I have to applaud our show-through guy, Casey! Outstanding! New on the job but you'd never know it. Since we live almost three hours away from Terry Town, we hope we don't need to return for any type of service. Not our first rodeo, but it is with Jayco.
I known exactly what I wanted for awhile now; searched high and low, found the RV at Terry Town for significantly less then I found other places. I had worked closely with Mike Flesner to purchase my Raptor now for months, he was so extremely helpful and was always there when I had any questions. Picked up my trailer yesterday, great experience. During the buying process and also at pickup, no one was ever pushing additional products on me. The hand-over was great, short and to the point but including all information! Thanks Eric O. & Eric G.
Just purchased our first new fifth wheel and couldn't have had a better experience. Our salesman Eric Odom was great to work with!! Extremely knowledgeable and we never felt any pressure. Would highly recommend Eric to anyone in the market for an RV.
