RecommendedToday's service advisor Stephanie was very respectful and took care of my request though my fusion wasn't up to the milage for 20K but she assured me that my request to change the air filter and oil change would be done quickly I waited less then 30 mins waiting

RecommendedYes I would recommend Taylor Ford and my salesperson Josh Hoglin. Very easy and helpful to work with. & patient. Also the finance person Cindy was helpful and friendly also. This is my first purchase from Taylor so I haven't dealt with the service department as yet, so I will have to get back on that part of my experience with Taylor Ford. I also they gave me a very fare price on my new(used) car and the car I traded in.

RecommendedWe have been using Taylor Ford for 4 leases so far, I have never ever had a problem with the service we received + they have always gone above and beyond. My last lease got a flat on my way to work, they brought it right in, fixed in just a few hours but in the meantime drove me to work so I didn’t have to wait there.
