RecommendedJust leased a new vehicle from Taylor Ford Andrew Zerke was great. We were able to get a vehicle that we liked that was in stock. The vehicle was ready for pickup when he said it would be.
The maintenance service on had on my Fusion was fast and everyone was very polite and friendly. I had no complaints!
Yes I would recommend Taylor Ford and my salesperson Josh Hoglin. Very easy and helpful to work with. & patient. Also the finance person Cindy was helpful and friendly also. This is my first purchase from Taylor so I haven't dealt with the service department as yet, so I will have to get back on that part of my experience with Taylor Ford. I also they gave me a very fare price on my new(used) car and the car I traded in.
Everything was done in less than an hour great job
We have been using Taylor Ford for 4 leases so far, I have never ever had a problem with the service we received + they have always gone above and beyond. My last lease got a flat on my way to work, they brought it right in, fixed in just a few hours but in the meantime drove me to work so I didn’t have to wait there. I absolutely would recommend this place. Nick helped me and got me into my car within two days (only because I got there so late in the day and banks closed) if I hadn’t I’m sure I would’ve went home the same day with my car!
