Good experience yesterday for emissions and oil change. Service Department is very cognizant of the need for protecting both their customers and themselves during COVID-19. Cleaned door handle before entering vehicle, cover steering wheel with plastic before entering. All were wearing masks. I have always been very satisfied and consider this the best service department in the area.

This dealer made it very safe and easy to purchase a new vehicle during COVID-19. However, I am now updating my recommendation to reflect the other end of this dealership: their service department. I have yet to have a good experience. They held onto my brand new vehicle for 8 hours today for a minor warranty related issue and all they could accomplish is a 15 minute windshield coating application (that they began completing when I arrived). I've been trying to get a car from a financing car lot for years but due to my credit, I haven't had any luck. I came to this lot, brought my proof of income, down payment and BOOM!!!! After two days of waiting for approval to be financed, I got a 2016 Kia Sorrento. No it's not a brand new car, but its mine. I got approved, with my now decent credit score and that made my day, actually my YEAR!!!!! THANK YOU VINNY!!!!!
