I've never made an appointment for the express service but have always been taken care of promptly and correctly. I've just ordered a set of tires through them rather than going to a tire dealer. They've got a good sale going on through the rest of the month, so I would suggest anyone looking for a new set of tires to consider South County if they are shopping.
