Very friendly I went in to Scott Kia for a test drive, and was taken care of by Jeff. He was very friendly and informative. And he promised to keep me in the loop as more inventory comes in.

New to me!! Wanted to purchase a preowned SUV,, had a few different cars in my mind. Went to Kia of Springfield,, met Jeff and left with an awesome 2017 Kia Sportage.. very happy with my decision. Very welcoming and easy process My experience was great! Hassan was welcoming, polite, easy going, and did not pressure me into making a decision. He simply provided me with all my options and allowed me to make my own decision. Optimally, his welcomeness and customer service is what stood out and helped me know I was making the right decision with Kia.

Good experience No pressure just the facts. (DONT BUY THE GAP insurance, you can get it at 1/4 price from your car insurance co.) Much better than the High Pressure cut throats at Cherry Hill KIA. Dan was very good easy to work with

Going to bat for us We were lucky enough to land an incredibly in-demand Telluride because of Jeff's dedication to helping us out.
