Hassan is AWESOME!! I originally came to Scott Kia go look at 2013 Sorento but unfortunately it had just been traded in so it was not ready for viewing and there was not a set date for one. I gave Hassan a range of what I didn’t want to go over and from there we viewed cars. When we got to the 2017 Kia Sportage, I loved it! Hassan was very professional and his energy was amazing! Excellent Customer Service As soon as I walked in, the Dealer was smiling and friendly. His customer Service was excellent. He was NOT pushing a sale of a Kia, but took his time explaining everything to me. I felt comfortable with my decision. I was given options, and in the end it was my choice. Great Experience Just bought my first Kia & I have to say it was a great experience working with Chad & Ed. I came in for a Sorento and Chad was helpful through the entire process, even making himself available after hours for questions via his cell. There was no pressure from Chad to make a hasty purchase& he was very straight forward and clear when going over pricing and financing. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Great experience! Ali was very knowledgeable and helpful with my car shopping experience. We spoke prior to my arrival and when I got in he already had the two vehicles I was interested in ready to go. He went over all of the features and made the process of trading in my car and purchasing another vehicle as simple as possible.

Happy Customer! Spoke with Hassan Arouh on Monday and set up an appointment for that Saturday to come in and test drive a certain car. It was waiting for me when I arrived and was the exact car I wanted. Test drove the car and started the paperwork for buying it at the original quoted price., which was a great deal.
