Exceptional Service I knew what I was looking for in a car when I arrived at Scott Kia but then I began to change my mind and working with Jeff was great! He talked to us more like he was a friend and not a salesman. He is very knowledgeable and explained the difference between a few of the vehicles we were looking at and let us make the decision for ourselves. Best experience ever !! Keith was wonderful. I came to see about a Kia Optima on September 3rd, 2019. I drove off the lot the same day with my car. Keith assisted me every step of the way and worked to get what I wanted. He explained what my car had to offer so swiftly. The best car buying experience we have ever had! I can’t tell you how much we love Scott Kia in Springfield and the whole team! We ESPECIALLY LOVE Jeff Belack!! Financing a new car My experience was EXCELLENT!!! My boyfriend drug me into the dealership, me feeling very discouraged and unconfident that i would be able to get a car, and Keith got me into a new car! He was so helpful and patient!
