Amazing experience! After buying a used vehicle with Hassan's help, I cannot express how happy I am with the service I have received from Kia. Hassan is always a phone call away if I have questions about the car I bought or any questions about servicing it. Also I love that every year I get a happy birthday email from him. I always recommend Hassan when people are looking for cars. He's very honest and upfront with everything which is unusual in my experience with car dealerships. Hassan is definitely an asset to Scott Kia.
$$$$$ Have a minor finance issue that is in progress of getting corrected. Small miscommunication between sales & financing. Should be able to work it out. I can't say yet about customer service so that would be n/a.
Excellent customer service Went the extra mile to do the deal and make the entire experience seem less and enjoyable. In today’s world it’s rare to say I enjoyed buying a car but the people at Scott made it something more. I felt like a family member. They did not forget me after the sale. Exceptional Service I knew what I was looking for in a car when I arrived at Scott Kia but then I began to change my mind and working with Jeff was great! He talked to us more like he was a friend and not a salesman. He is very knowledgeable and explained the difference between a few of the vehicles we were looking at and let us make the decision for ourselves.
