Amazing experience! After buying a used vehicle with Hassan's help, I cannot express how happy I am with the service I have received from Kia. Hassan is always a phone call away if I have questions about the car I bought or any questions about servicing it. Also I love that every year I get a happy birthday email from him. I always recommend Hassan when people are looking for cars. He's very honest and upfront with everything which is unusual in my experience with car dealerships. Hassan is definitely an asset to Scott Kia.

$$$$$ Have a minor finance issue that is in progress of getting corrected. Small miscommunication between sales & financing. Should be able to work it out. I can't say yet about customer service so that would be n/a.

Our new Kia The reason for the 5 star rating was because everyone was very professional , not to mention it was just the vehicle we were looking for because we had a 2015 Cadenza, before the Kia Stinger we traded in for the Cadenza we have now, Thank you very very much

Best car-buying experience I've ever had I went to Scott Kia to browse, found a car I was interested in, and went for a test drive with Hassan.
