The staff is always very courteous and friendly and helpful I have never had a problem with the service and have delt with the dealership for about 8 years

Kia of Springfield is a Terrific car dealership. I routinely take our two cars to the dealership for inspections and service, and they always do a Great Job. The service has always been prompt and very professionally performed. The personnel are always friendly and professional. The building has always been extremely clean and orderly, and the magazine selection is Awesome.
