I called for a service issue and Maggie Keifer set me right up for service. On the day of service I was greeted by John, then welcomed by my service adviser, Zaire Sumner. He pulled up my records, asked me about my issue and explained their process. A few hours later Zaire called, explained the findings by their tech, Matt Lehman, who made the necessary adjustments and tested my car to make sure my issue was resolved.
