Writing this review on behalf of my father whom I accompanied during his recent car purchase. Always have had great experiences with the service department and had a great experience purchasing a vehicle here over a decade ago. Had a less than stellar experience in 2021 attempting to purchase a Telluride. They were low on inventory, had ridiculous dealer fees on top of the MSRP for the inventory they did have and the sales folks weren't making the hugest effort to sell cars at the time. We're very excited about our new Telluride. Wait time was a little more than 3 months. The original sales person had left, which caused some gaps in communication but in the end it all came together.
