Wonderful experience My husband and I just went to look we wanted to trade in our 2014 KIA Sportage the reception we received at Scott Kia was wonderful. We met with Chuck told him what we wanted he showed us the KIA Sorento we took it for a test drive. Came back he worked up numbers which were great for our budget and we drove off in our new 2017 car. Great experience. Will always deal with Scott Kia.

VERY COMFORTABLE ☺ I must say from the time I walked in until the time I walked out I felt comfortable with the staff everyone was nice and kind but one person in particular his name is leone this man was kind and very patient he made me and my two children comfortable I didn't feel like I was talking to a sales rep I felt like I was talking to family we need more people like Leone if you go into Scott Kia in Springfield ask for Leone🖒😊

Great Experience, hard working staff. Extremely Satisfied! I met with Jim on Saturday morning. We discussed exactly what I wanted. My car of choice, the 2017 Sorrento EX with the exact features that I wanted was not readily available, as I had been unaware the Beige Leather interior was not available with the color vehicle I wanted.
