One stop shop Jim was professional and laid back, at no point in the process did I feel pressured, which was different than the other dealerships I had been to. Everyone at Scott Kia were very patient and helpful. This was my first car and this team did a great job getting me the best possible deal. buying experience Purchased a car from Scott last week. Overall experience was good. Keith was great. Did everything he could for us. The only downside was I had to go back the next morning to sign papers, which was not a problem for me. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others. Love the Sorento.

above and beyond Scott Kia is a great place tp look for a car, everyone there was very nice. I was surprised they were very helpful and understanding to my needs. A dealership that cares After having a negative experience with another Kia dealership, we were prepared to pay huge repair fees before returning our lease. Thankfully we discovered Springfield Kia. Jim was personable and went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted in our price range. He was also real and did not try to nickle and dime us. So happy with our new sportage!
