One stop shop Jim was professional and laid back, at no point in the process did I feel pressured, which was different than the other dealerships I had been to. buying experience Purchased a car from Scott last week. Overall experience was good. Keith was great. Did everything he could for us. The only downside was I had to go back the next morning to sign papers, which was not a problem for me. Very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others. Love the Sorento.

A dealership that cares After having a negative experience with another Kia dealership, we were prepared to pay huge repair fees before returning our lease. Thankfully we discovered Springfield Kia. Jim was personable and went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted in our price range. He was also real and did not try to nickle and dime us. So happy with our new sportage!

Everyone should get their cars here! From the moment i got there to the moment i left, I felt welcomed. Though the trip there was about an hour and a half, I'm glad i went through with it.
