Customer Service was Great very Friendly and Helpful. Because I was very please with Everyone that I came in conta with. They took their time with me, didnt rush or pressure me into buying a vehicle, also the Kia dealership in Springfield was very nice and Clean.

Positive Buying Experience Smooth process - the dealership was willing to work with me on price and low apr financing. The financing went well and quickly. Eric Suplee was well informed about the Sportage I purchased, very helpful, very pleasant, and took a substantial amount of time showing me all the features of my new vehicle. This is the second time I’ve purchased from Scott Kia - and will definitely return.

First Kia Everyone knows how frustrating it can be searching for a new car and wondering if you’re making the right decision.
