Bought a used sorento Quite happy with whole experience. Car is in excellent shape with no problems I had some problems withf financing and they worked with me to resolve

Positive Experience Our salesperson was at all times patient and understanding of our situation. He gladly answered all of our questions and concerns and was always easy to contact by phone, I know that we can call at any time, if any issue should arise with our car. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and also helpful when necessary. And the waiting area is relaxing and well kept. (good coffee, too) We are happy with our purchase and wish we did know someone looking into a new vehicle.

Good experience even without a purchase I worked with Jeff in looking for a new Kia as the lease to my old Kia Sportage was up. I came in that day ready to roll. Jeff was very personable and engaging. In the end, I had a better deal at another dealership. Jeff told me as much. I appreciated his honesty. I'm leaving a review for someone whom I did NOT buy a car from. I think that shows you what I think of Jeff. He's good people.
