The check-in process after dropping my car off in the service driveway was a little rough, but it didn't take too long to get my advisor's attention, and once I did the remaining experience was perfection! My advisor was Amber and I really enjoyed working with her! She's fantastic. While waiting, there were several cold and hot drinks to choose from at no extra cost (they even had my favorite coffee-mate creamer!! lol), and this of course was awesome and made my son , who was waiting with me, very happy too. Service staff friendly and helpful. Charges are higher than elsewhere for similar services. No damage to vehicle this time as prior due to damage to oil plug. Still a bit leary. All went well this time.

Very thorough Friendly & courteous. I don't mind waiting in their comfortable customer area. The Covenant coffee is great I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Subaru & Sangara!

I would have given 5 * BUT you didn't wash the car where as Hello Subaru of Valencia washed the car every time I dropped it off.
