I had a tie blowout on the freeway. Once I got to a safe location, I contacted Subaru. Within 20 minutes someone was there to help me. I hope to never go through this again but if I do I'm calling Subaru.
It was quick and easy.
Service was great. Provided video footage of inspection. It took only an hour to be done. Great job 👏
Irene Perez is always so attentive to the needs of my Outback. She goes above and beyond making every experience I have with her and the dealership a true pleasure. Quickly, efficiently and thoroughly
Got right in and was out in less than hour.
Everybody was very respectful and Cape May posted on the status of my car. Answered my questions. And let me know what I was due for for maintenance and when it would end. Also there was an unusual tear in my car seat on a driver side and they looked at it and said it it would be covered under the warranty but needed to be taken care of now. Everyone gave good customer service.
