I had my first service for my new Crosstrek...great service and Subaru gear shop, friendly staff and nice waiting area,
This was my first Subaru. I dealt with Max, and he was great. The experience was pleasant and I didn't feel pressured. Now I am the proud owner of a Forester. Definitely a place I would recommend to family and friends.

Disappointed!! My second visit with Sangera Subaru for routine maintenance (100,000 mile service). My service advisor said I needed a $4,000 repair for oil leaks in the common areas. Not on my 50,000 mile service nor this visit, did she recommend a PCV valve replacement!! A very well known issue with the FB25 engine. Also, I needed a my TPMS light corrected. A $700+ repair to replace the TPMS sensors. When I left the dealership the issue was not corrected. I had to return. Also, my alignment did feel 100% correct on my way ... read more

I took my viechle in twice and still thinking of taking it a third time for the same issue. The customer service is ok.

I have made numerous attempts to make an appointment for some simple scheduled maintenance. After getting the runaround for a few days, there is simply no way I could put any faith in your dealership to properly perform maintenance on my Outback. Very disappointed. The only positive I can get out of this is that I will have my vehicle serviced by folks I have confidence in.
