RecommendedJohn Hoffman is the best! He's courteous, and takes out the time to explain everything to me. He also does not try to take advantage of you by telling you you need something done to your car when actually you don't. So far he's been very honest and upfront with me and I truly appreciate that. I hope that I will continue to have great service at Mercedes-Benz of Bakersfield. Only complaint I have is they no longer do courtesy car washes on Fridays.
