I purchased a new F150 Platium from Jeff and I would say that it was the most pleasant experience that I ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I purchased this truck sight unseen as I knew what I wanted, everything was done over the internet and the phone without having to travel in and haggle with a dealer. Jeff delivered the truck to my home and went over all of the features. This was truly a pleasurable experience.
My husband and I bought a 2012 Mustang and a 2011 Edge and love both vehicles. Sabrena Torres was an amazing sales person. She worked very hard to get the exact vehicles we wanted. She also said that if we cannot pick the vehicles up at the dealership, she would have them delivered to our home or place of work. My husband and I have been "dealing" with Sabrena for many years, purchasing 6 or 8 F-150's, several other ford vehicles and 4 Mustang GT's, the last 2 being a 2010 and 2011 GT. Sabrena has worked w / long enough that she knows what are our tastes in vehciles and we don't have to "train" a new sales person...this is great!!!...and Ryan Ford is a great place to purchase vehicles....
Just purchased a 2012 F-250 om Ryan Ford, Curtis made this the best buying experience we have ever had. Nice to not have to deal with high pressure sales from the big Houston dealers and was well worth the drive to Sealy to make the purchase. We got a great deal and enjoyed working with Hernan in the finance department as well. We were in and out of there in about 2 hours and on our way home. We would highly recommend Ryan Ford to anyone in and around the Houston metro area.
We bought a Brand New 2011 FORD RANGER & I say go with Ryan Ford because their employees really work with you to get the vehicle right for you in both price & mileage on gas that fits into your Budget. I bought an F-150 Lariat, my Daughter bought a Fusion, and my sister bout an Edge and Mustang from Sabrena Torres. Everything was perfect. Excellent customer service from all involved. I take all my vehicles to Ryan ford for service. The service advisers, Brad and Craig are great. I drive 50 miles (even though I'm 4 miles from another Ford dealer) to get my cars serviced because I trust the team at Ryan Ford.
