My husband and I were very pleased with the patience we received from Jeff. We had been searching for a truck for over 3 months. We have requirements that had to be met in order for us to purchase. My husband is a truck driver and does all negotiations over the phone. Jeff called back promptly and if he didn't have the answer he agreed to check and call us back. I have not shopped for a new truck in over ten years. As a Consumer Reports subscriber, I chose to pay for their New Car Price Report for an F-250 diesel 4x4. It allowed me to chose the exact truck with the options I desired. At the end of the report, I was given the option of sending out my "wish-list" to participating dealers. Sabrena Torres has been our Car Sales Person for 12 yrs. When Sabrena moved to Ryan Ford, we followed and to our surprise meet Ryan Kirkpatrick the owner. That made the best impression ever.
