When I dropped my car off for inspection I was asked did I want my tires rotated, I said no then Danielle called me at home to ask me if I wanted tires rotated, I said no, she then proceeded to tell me other services I would need in future,spark plugs etc, I had a lot of work done at 100,000 miles, did you look at. First time since there since Glens Falls Toyota changed to Romeo Toyota. Service staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. . Unfortunately, I had to wait, but service was completed and I was on my way in just over and hour after getting oil change, tire rotation, and securing a heat shield that was making a rattling sound. Came from 2 hours away to continue doing business with this dealership, unaware of the ownership change. As I was doing everything in a single trip it was a lengthy visit. During my visit I was able to observe a group that while needing organization were very earnest and really working to fill the gaps. Service and reception were terrific. However I will not return since there is no attempt to maintain masks for COVID safety. Sales staff, waiting room customers and some other staff were without masks. Totally unacceptable lack of concern for my safety or theirs.

We had a fantastic experience at Romeo Toyota. They met our needs at a great price and gave us a great deal on our trade. Mike in Sales is great to work with and was very friendly. The General Manager, Paul, was incredibly helpful in finding the vehicle we wanted. We will definitely recommend Romeo Toyota to our family and friends!

Quick service, polite and friendly. I had a flat and was using my spare tire. Called dealership and they had the tires I needed in stock and squeezed me in to install tires!
