Wait was short and pleasant in the waiting room. Receptionist was helpful but I don’t know her name. She answered a question about the battery in the key fob which was very nice and helpful. I’ll check her name next time.

Great customer service experience at Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls. Had recall work done on my elderly Toyota Matrix purchased at former Glens Falls Toyota. The staff kept me informed, were polite and accommodating .

My car battery was dead, so I had AAA tow my car over to Romeo Toyota and I walked over from near Crandall Park. By the time I got to Romeo, a new battery had already been installed!
