My experience with Romeo Chevrolet and Sales Rep Matt Lopez was pleasant. I spent about two months considering my options and evaluating other cars at other dealers. During this time I had 5 or 6 interactions with Matt Lopez. He was helpful answering my questions and of course tried to convince me to buy the Cruze I had test driven but without pressure or annoying calls. David Basden was my saleman and even though he is new at Romeo, he spent lots of time with me until I was comfortable making a decision on a new Buick Verano. David is an honest, hardworking man and was not pushy as some salesmen tend to be. I love the car; it's perfect for me. So thank you to all the staff at Romeo.
Called my salesmen, Tony Spada, and told him what car I was looking for and what options I wanted. Later on the next week Tony arrived at my job to show me a car that fit my requirements. I loved the car and it was everything I wanted and more. I took delivery on 9/16 without any issues. Tony has even contacted me on various occasions to be sure I was happy with the purchase. place was great, customer service was awesome, the showroom and building were beautiful, there were many amenities to keep me busy and entertained while i was waiting for them to finish up everything they needed to do.
