Pleasantly Surprised I ventured to Romeo after doing some research on purchasing a vechicle (quicly). Purchasing a new vehicle. I went into ROMEO as a new car buyer as well as a new widow and very hesitant to this new process. I must say Michael Critchley went above and beyond to help me. New car purchase experience I purchased my new Chevy from Romeo because I had good experiences with the service department when my car needed service. I found the whole Romeo team friendly and cheerful. What really sealed the deal was the honesty of a Romeo employee. This young man backed into my car at a convenience store when I was not around. Worthwhile visit. When my wife and I made appointment at Romeo's, we weren't sure what vehicle we wanted. We knew the options we wanted and what our budget would allow. Tony showed us different vehicles on the lot until one caught our eyes. He put plates on it so we could test drive it and explained the options.
