Was invited to a special sales event for repeat customers. L Was fortunate to deal with Amy Haubrich at Romeo. Amy was patient, accomodating, well organized, not pushy and very professional. We lease a 2018 Chevy traverse Redline edition.
2nd used vehicle purchased We just purchased our second used SUV within 4 months from Romeo Chevrolet. This time our salesperson was Samantha Salat. She was a pleasure to deal with and helped us get the deal we needed. So far each car buying experience there has been pleasurable.
Good but make sure you know ALL the lease options Good and good delivery service but make sure you know and ASK what different lease deals they have. They only ever mentioned 10 but I really needed more. I thought EV's go up to 12k only but apparently (talking with other dealership) you can get 15k and 25k..... I will now have to park my car for a while once I hit my miles .. probably early to mid 3rd year. Very sad by this. 2nd Purchase Back in February we purchased a truck for my husband. Billy worked with us ALL day to get my husband the PERFECT truck and he did more than deliver! My husband left the dealership with a brand new Chevy Silverado 1500 High Country and couldn't be happier. Great people I'm very happy with the Buick I purchased. Samantha Salat was very personable and helpful. She got me the right car for the right price. I wasn't pressured into going for a more expensive vehicle, I was able to bring the car to my mechanic to have it looked at before buying and they resolved issues I brought up, like the front tires needing to be replaced, instead of saying the car is "as is". Outstanding I very much was impressed with this sale from beginning to end. Quick and painless. Everyone was polite and courteous. Matt Lopez, Joe Romeo himself very professional and I have nothing bad to say.
Dispicable people I did an online click n offer that was accepted by their sales person Kathleen and requested a delivery for Monday evening. We spoke on the phone Monday and confirmed verbally n via email that the car was mine and later that evening Matt would call me to discuss the financing. That never happened and the next morning despite multiple emails and phone messages I never heard from anyone until I requested to speak to Joe Romeo then I get get dan who tells me they sold the vehicle I was promised Monday evening.... read more

He was unaware of what had transpired and when he heard he was equally upset. I worked with joe and am happy to report I made out better than I could have imagined.
