Pick-up Purchase I was recently in the market for a used , low mileage Chevy or GMC pick-up truck. Romeo was one of several dealerships I went to looking for my next truck. Of those, all were reasonably good, but Romeo worked to find something within my given budget and gave me top dollar for my trade. Beyond that, I worked with Pat and Jon who worked with me to get me the best deal possible. All in all, a very good purchasing experience, and I would highly recommend Romeo Chevrolet, Pat Duke, and Jon Block.
Best Car Buying Experience. Ever. I cannot say enough good things I can say about this experience. It almost felt to good to be true, I had to pinch myself. My boyfriend and I went in to look at a Buick Encore for me, and found that it was an easy decision to say "Yes, I want to buy this" - in part because of the people we worked with at Romeo. Best car buying experience- EVER. Peter Fabiano, and the whole team were by far, the best. Extremely knowledgeable, and committed to helping me find the vehicle that was right for me. Felt more like dealing with family than just being another customer. I got a great deal on a great truck, and met some wonderful people at the same time!
New 2018 Traverse I loved the fact that I negotiated the car price over the phone. Katrina was my first contact on the phone ... she was helpful and called me back promptly with information. Sale of new car My husband and I purchased a new Buick Encore. Jarrad was very friendly, and went out of his way to answer any questions we had. He explained the difference between the cars. I would tell anyone to go see him. He may be a new salesman there, but I can see him only getting better.
Excellent New Car Purchase Experience I can only review based on their sales department. We walked in just to take a look at a Chevy Trax, and a few hours later we drove off the lot with a brand new car (the Chevy Trax which we went in to look at). Wonderful experience! I give high praises to my salesperson Frank Fino. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman but also a true professional. There was no pressure and I did not feel rushed. Final price was negotiated with Dan one of the sales managers and there no last minute surprises.
