I called ahead before my service. I wanted to see if I needed and oil change beside the tire rotation. They said no not at this time. When I get there they said we are going to change your oil also. I said I called before I came to make sure I have enough money and time. Then they told me it was covered by my plan and no extra time or money. Once I got my truck back everything was ok except my tire pressure. I didn't realize until I got home they overinflated my tires. This is the third time they have done this on my truck... read more

Rotated tires however attendant didn't check tire pressure I had to bring it back 2 days later
