Overall ok, they, by their own admission, "dropped the ball" in a couple of issues that were serviced in my car. I pointed them out and they did take care of them to my satisfaction. My advice to consumers is to make sure you educate yourself about the work and parts that your car is brought in for, so that you can identify if things are not done right
