It was fine, my service advisor must have left so the young lady closing out was ok. I felt she didn't listen to my question and gave a standard response of "it will cost money to do a cleaning" I wasn't asking for. I took the one star off because I was asked to record the sound I hear when backing up and applying my brakes. Ever since they put new rotors and brakes last summer whenever I back up there is squealing noise! They've done nothing about it.
