The customer service through the service department is horrendous. When asking questions only responded to with snide and sarcastic remarks. Took over a week to get a call back regarding the issues I was having, and that was only after repeat calls. Once the issue was escalated, the GM’s “attempt” to solve my issue resulted in me being over talked and scolded on the phone. Depending on whom I talked to, different answers were provided.

Sold me a lemon plagued with starter issues. Pathetic for a brand new car. Continued to deny me service because the starter issues wouldn't act up during the appointments. When I finally got video proof, they suddenly had time to see me immediately. Claimed to fix my Venue then sent me away for me to have the same issue next day. Took my car back for two weeks and didn't even look at it until I called to ask what was taking so long, upon which time they said they would pull it into the garage and take a look. I have 2019 Hyundai Tucson, I am getting a flashing check engine light and my vehicle goes into limp mode. I wait d39 days for a service appointment, during that time I had to have the light cleared by other Hyundai dealerships just to be able to make it home. The vehicle is unsafe to be driving with my child in it. During this appointment, I was told they were unable to fix the problem since the light wasn’t on, nor provide a loaner to get the problem to replicate. They have had our car for over 2 months. It is a $60,000 dollar car still u set warranty(palisade). Our car started to not want to shift gears while we were driving. They claimed it was the computer and it was fixed. We had it for about a month before the same issue occurred. The service manager went for a drive with my husband and felt it happen and was also given a video from my husband. They kept our car with never giving us one update. week #4 of owning my 2019 ram still in the shop for transmission failure preston says what are you worried about it for it's under warranty. payment #1 coming due and i still don't have my truck!!!

Awful experience with the service department and service management. I was mislead, not advised, and charged for services I wasn’t aware at the time I did not need. Upon contacting the service manager and explaining my concerns and problem his demeanor was pretty much “oh well, tough luck”. I would NOT recommend anyone else to go to this dealership for service on any vehicle and I will be contacting the BBB.
