Too bad Hyundai boardman can’t even fix my Tucson with 15k miles on it that’s been in for service twice this past week and a half. Just bought it in August. And you guys keep redoing the same thing on it every time I bring it in and it doesn’t fix the problem. Ridiculous. You could leave people alone!!! Quit harrassing me with your emails after I ask you to stop. Quit threatening me by having one of your sales people "pay me a visit" while I am waiting for repairs saying you won't honor the warranty unless I "trade up".

I love the SUV we got, the salesman was great at first. They even had the vehicle delivered. BUT once we signed he would barely respond, then my check engine light came on and he told me I had to pay out of pocket. Even though I have a 90 day powertrain warranty. Then my remote start would not work anytime my check engine light was on. Also my radio did not work and they failed to mention that, they had it on the sirius xm so you could not tell. Customer service after the sale is pitiful. I purchased my vehicle on 9/12/18. the temporary plate expires on 10/27/18. And today (10/23), they have not yet sent me my plate that was simply transferring from my trade in. I was told on 10/15, that they mailed it to me on 9/27/18, which to find out later was not true. Then I was told on 10/18, they will overnight it to me and I should have it on 10/19/18, which is obviously not true either because I still do not have it. Went to look at suv on the 11th saturday. Talked with Mike R. He was incredibly helpful and we had come a deal. Called Monday at 930am asked about trade in on vehicle and told them I'd be in after work. 230pm called and said I was coming in. Drive the hour and get a call saying how they sold the vehicle.
