Painless buying experience Positive experience, Keith and Larissa answered all questions and worked to meet our needs in a timely manner. Once we actually agreed on the price, it took a little too long to actually sign all the paperwork and drive off the lot. I'm not sure this could have been fixed so I can't really consider this an actual complaint. (We wanted to go out to dinner and celebrate!)

Helpful and friendly experience Preston Honda in New Castle provides a friendly and helpful environment. This is my first car and I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. Keith Cruse was extremely friendly and helpful when I leased my car. He makes it a priority to make customers happy not only leasing/buying a car, but even after. I know I could call him with a question and he would not hesitate to help me. I will definitely be back in the future to deal with him.

Customer for life Walking onto Preston-Honda's lot, I'll admit, I was skeptical at first...
