I’m on my second Honda warranty paint issue and while other Honda dealerships in the area cover the cost, this dealership doesn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership now that I’m $700 + covering the cost of a rental for the SECOND time in 2 years for a paint issue which wasn’t my fault 😡

Bad car buying experience. Tried to pressure me into buying a 2021 CR-V. Wasted my valuable time by leading me on that they would give me a better deal but then sales manager retracted and tried to low ball my trade. Got a better deal elsewhere. Also, I went there for a service appointment for oil and tire rotation and was supposed to be covered since my vehicle is new and at proper mileage, but they told me it was not covered. I will never be back and will not recommend anyone to patronize this dealership.

Terrible service. Purchased 2 vehicles from this location and each were LEMONS. One with a fraudulent car fax, and major electrical issues. Also, their staff are very rude and unprofessional. 10/10 would not recommend.

Bought a 2016 Honda Civic and put 38,000 miles on it and it already needs a new transmission. My extend warranty expired with 36,000 miles and they won’t help me out at all with it. $3,000-$5,000 for only driving it 38,000 miles. Do not recommend!

I bought the 2020 black edition in March about 2 months after I started hearing an electrical popping sounded like it was coming from the windshield.. I stopped in the Honda New Castle store and mentioned my concerns to Brian, sales manager and he stated he knew exactly what was happening because his car was acting the same way. He then explained to me that it was a 2 part service call. I then made the first appointment to have the dashboard evaluated. worst experience. Mark took forever and made my wife wait 20 minutes after he disappeared. would not recommend buying a car here. had to get a loaner car because tree sap or bird poop was somehow on the hood . to compensate they gave us a free oil change. Toyota was by far much better. dm me for more info since I don't have enough room on here.

Remarkably how their advertised "Zero Down/$249 a month Accord" quickly turns into a "$3000 down/$379 a month Civic." Also, distressing to see their staff on Facebook bashing us Democrats. Do yourselves a favor, buy an American car. I did!

*please read entire post At the end of February I went and bought a 2011 Chevy traverse from Preston Honda’s budget lot. I saw the vehicle advertised online and called the morning and was told to ask for Conor when I got there. My husband(who works at a car dealership) and I went to see this vehicle. Save yourself the hassle and visit another dealership!! This place has the WORST customer service and turnover rate! They make false promises- two as a matter of fact, then act like it’s your problem! These people are a bunch of scam artists!! Don’t ever buy from them!!!
