This dealership is known to forget to call with updates/ when your vehicle is ready. I do think that they have made strides to avoid this reoccurring. I had to bring my vehicle back in for a second time after repairs were made for issues that occurred from the original repairs. They did fix those issues which were all under warranty so I did not have to pay for the repairs. Waiting room is nice with free pastries, workers are pleasant.

Excellent, as always- just a recall visit.
Got my new key over the weekend. Got an appointment to sync it the next day. They were finished in 1 hour rather than the 2 they thought it might take. The car was washed and I was on my way! Lovely.
Service was performed on time...and they have delicious coffee!! Always a very good experience at Prestige!!
