Im giving 5 stars because all the employees are very nice, polite and attentive. I was VERY disappointed that I didn't recieve the wash/ detail service that usually comes with my service. I was told it was because of Covid-19, however it has been done in the past during Covid when everyone had to wear masks. IDK . I did not understand the logic/ lack there of. The IMPORTANT parts of the service were top notch as usual.

Prestige VW did a great job resolving the issue with my Tiguan, the service rep was great, the service manager was great, she made sure I was not stranded without transportation when my car was being serviced.
Professional staff, completed everything promised, feel we got a great car.
