Definitely much better than the first 2 times I went there. Staff was pleasant and not rude and didn't try to force me to take a shuttle instead of waiting at the dealership for my car to be serviced.

They were able to help me with a new battery on very short notice, so I would not have to worry about driving home without worrying about getting stuck somewhere if I could not restart my car. And they were very pleasant about doing it.
