The service I received was outstanding. The brakes were installed in a timely manner and I was back on the road. All employees were professional and knowledgeable in their assigned positions. Pricing was significantly less than I anticipated. Would not hesitate to recommend Prestige VW to family or friends.
Issue handled promptly first time
I scheduled oil change and tire rotation, usually they do a free check fluids, brakes etc. I asked about it but said no only if there is a problem. Not sure why? In the past they would tell me.
Excellent checkin quick service.
Upon checking in, the service technician explained what had to be done. Even offered me a ride home. I declined and opted to wait for my vehicle which was completed and washed.
