From the time I pulled into the parking lot with my car until the time I left with my new KIA, it was an extremely easy and pleasurable experience.
Tracy Davis is an excellent salesman. I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase , he was super knowledgeable and personal. He worked with me and I appreciate that. On the other hand after purchasing an expensive used car the detailing job was horrible. Not once but twice did I drive up there for it to look exactly the same(1hr each way). There’s no excuse for why the car couldn’t have been detailed better on the inside. The windows were covered in dog slobber along with the seats and ceiling. Fantastic sales, finance department, and service!! My salesman Fred was personable, patient, and met my needs during my visit. He worked tirelessly with Danielle in finance to get me the payment that I wanted. The service department already has me scheduled for my first oil change! I am going back there for a car for my daughter in the next few months!
