I enjoy working with this dealership, they are very nice. They work with you and ultimately get you some great deals. With some negotiating deals of your choice are offered. It is a well mannered place.
Friendly enough people, but be cautious as they use same tricks as other places. I went on Black Friday, which honestly was just a coincidence but it's involved in the account. My husband and I kept being told what a "great deal" we would get as a result however when it came to looking at the numbers the only deal that was originally applied to the roughly 6,000 dealer markup was money taken off for an electric car rebate that had nothing to do with the dealership. I have been to Performance Kia 3 times and they have helped me get into a better car everytime. My last purchase was a 2022 Kia soul and I love it.
By far the best experience we've ever had with a car dealer. They went above and beyond to help us drive off the lot in the car we wanted, on the budget we could afford.
Friendly service, quality vehicles, good location, music is too loud inside dealership, hopefully will be able to lease again if price is reasonable.
Dan was awesome! Very helpful ! Would definitely come back to him again. Although I was told by Billy I would be getting almost $16000 for my trade in after looking at my papers I only got $13800 for my trade in.
Excellent service, fast and painless process. I gave them a budget and they went above Nad beyond to help us stick to that.
